The neighbourhood will likely be busiest between 3–5 PM, so we encourage you to consider public transit and/or Uber/Lyft and arrive early. 504 and 501 Queen streetcars stop right at the hotel's front door. Best drop-off address is 100 Broadview Ave to reach the South Lane Entrance directly to the lobby and avoid Queen and corner traffic.

Parking Tips

If you choose to drive: Broadview Hotel parking is limited and for overnight guests only. There are some nearby walkable lots: 1. Green P Carpark 45 — across the street at 111 Broadview Ave (approx. $2.50 per half hour; $6.00 6pm–7am). Most convenient but fills up quickly.2. Precise ParkLink — 60 Broadview Ave lot, about 4 minutes south of the hotel (avoids Queen St).3. Green P Lot 283 — 100 Cooperage St (a 10+-minute walk). In the Canary District; our best “safe bet” if nearer lots are fullNote: Lots further north will likely be full if GreenP is full
